Cause Way

"Cause Way" was a hybrid performance/installation actioned in the gallery space of Miami Beach Urban Studios (MBUS), Florida International University. Eight monitors showed one hour of recording, looped. Each one hour loop showed one of the the eight hours of the construction of a boardwalk through the gallery space including any recordings already playing back on monitors introduced into the space. The monitors blocked access to the actual boardwalk, the audience was restricted to a small space at the main entry or peephole on a second, also blocked, entry.
